Yogita Bhayana is a widely recognized POSH expert, who has trained more than 5000 employees, she is currently serving as member of Internal Committees (IC) with prominent organizations, including the Delhi High Court and the Delhi State Legal Service Authority (DSLSA). This direct involvement underscores her deep understanding and practical experience in implementing the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act.
She is also a recipient of the prestigious 2012 NCW Award for her significant contributions to society. Furthermore, she has held the position of Vice Chairperson of the Uttarakhand Government’s State Council for Women Empowerment
Dr. Charu Walikhanna

Dr. Charu Walikhanna is a leading women’s rights lawyer, Member CORE GROUP for Women National Human Rights Commission, and former Member National Commission for Women & Executive Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA). Dr. Walikhanna is also an eminent jurist, serving on a number of committees constituted for Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Work Places.
Dr. Walikhanna has a Doctorate in Law, LLM, MA Sociology, PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law from Indian Law Institute; and Human Rights & International Humanitarian and Refugee Laws from the Indian Society of International Law.
A Senior Panel Counsel for the Union of India in Supreme Court, Dr. Walikhanna has been working in the field of WOMEN’S RIGHTS for over a decade and is the only advocate to have been honored by SCBA for her writing 12 times (2004-09, and 2011-12, 14 &19-20).

extensively supporting through his NGO the cause of Women, Children and Industry Employees
by providing training and support in matters related to:

Notably, Swapna was the First Project Director at Das Charitable Foundation, where she spearheaded Women Empowerment projects, demonstrating a direct commitment to this critical area.
Her experience as the First Manager at the National Consumer Helpline, under the ambit of “Jago Grahak Jago”- A Project supported by Union Ministry of Consumer Affairs, showcases her leadership in establishing impactful services.
Coupled with a decade at Vodafone Idea as Project Lead for significant projects like the Pan India Email transition and Email BOT, her expertise in operations, delivery, transition management, and client engagement across Telecom and Fintech will be crucial for the efficient and impactful delivery of our POSH Training programs and services.
