Having spent a decade with a prominent Airline, she witnessed the insidious nature of sexual harassment at workplace. Determined to make a difference, she resigned from her position and committed herself to actively addressing this critical issue.
Recognizing the challenges in the effective implementation of the PoSH Act, she joined the National Commission for Women (NCW) as a Volunteer and Enquiry member where she actively engaged in training and awareness programs on preventing as well as addressing sexual harassment.
Today, she serves as a key member of Internal Complaints Committees (ICCs) in various leading organizations, striving to create safe and respectful work environments for all and handholding many leading Corporates for their POSH Compliance.
